Canceling my insurance after two claims

I received an SMS plus a call informing of their intention to cancel my insurance cos according to them I am a high risk driver. I have had two claims so far and in those claims I was bumped from whilst at the Stop sign.

In my claims never was there a time were I was at fault so how am I a high risk driver? The lady who called me couldn't answer that question. This is going to affect my name negatively cos the next insurance company will charge me extremely based on your reasons to cancel my insurance. She still couldn't still answer that question. I feel I have been unfairly treated.
