Can someone help me

I resigned from my company Richards Bay Minerals and due to receive my provident fund from AF. been getting the run around for weeks. it seems no one knows where the hold up is and no one can direct me to someone to assist me. I am put on hold constantly only to be told there is no one who can assist me right now. this has been going on for weeks. HELP
