Calming down irate client
I would like to specifically name Kyle Pienaar from Customer Services who assisted me in obtaining the correct documentation for my homeowners insurance, in order to to cancel my policy with Standard Bank insurance, as they (Standard Bank) have certain requirements before they will accept my cancellation of insurance with them.
