Call Back Request - IGNORED!!
On 5 June 21 @ 07h30 I send a "Call Back Request" - WHICH TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE?????
SENT FOLLOWUP E MAIL - 9 June 21!!! Still No Response
Phoned in 10 June 21, the operator was not pleasant, and the next thing I am waiting for someone to answer my call? - WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!!!
I cannot understand how this company can be so ******** and Unsympathetic, and yet in the social media brag that they are the best? Well I beg to differ!!!!
