The representative, Gugu Mathebula, is both unprofessional and ***********. Despite providing all necessary information, she continually finds new excuses to delay the process. Over a month has passed since my company tools were ******, my business is at a standstill, No income, and I’m still paying premiums while getting no resolution. This company is a complete disaster.
