Bunch of ******* and ****mers!!!!

Long story short... My car is written off. 2023 model. 10000km on the clock.

"New for Old" They will replace my car... I dont want that. I want them to settle my bank. I do have credit shortfall cover. So they must settle my bank in full.

Here comes the ****. They want to replace my car. If I dont want that option, they will pay my bank the 162000 (same as the replacent car' quote) but I must pay the remaining outstanding amount at the bank of 15000. The Credit Shortfall cover falls away because I dont want the replacment vehicle!!! What a %##%@% ****!!!!!
