Brilliantly efficient-CP

On the 3rd of May I had a car accident, which I reported to Momentum through claim advisor Ms. Nomthandazo 'Awa' Mtaitsi on Monday the 4th of May. She was very curteous and understanding during the incident discussion, and even offered to call me back promptly to 'save' me from racking up call charges. <br> <br> She immediately arranged for me to take my vehicle to a designated repair workshop for assessment that very same time. I had the assessment completed just over 2hours later. <br> The next day she contacted me to inform that she had received the assessors report. And a day after, she had me collect my courtesy car from Avis Cape Town. On Friday, the 8th of May, my claim and authorisation for repairs was granted.<br> <br> Thank you for the exemplary and 'headache free' efficient service Awa and Momentum. I greatly apprecaite this level of efficiency and professionalism. I am a thouroughly satisfied client and believe you me, I have had my fair share of diabolic experiences with supper inefficient insurers in the past.
