Brilliant service

I want to compliment Tianna Pillay from the message centre that assisted me so professionaly and went out of her way to try and deal with a very frustrated customer (not even her department) , you are a superstar, they need to promote you to claims as there is absolutely NO service in that department. With your kind of service you will get very far in life !!!
