Breathe of fresh air

As a broker all i do is call different insurance companies the whole day, and talking to a whole lot of different characters, mostly okay, some grumpy but today my day was made when i spoke Kgosimang Setlhathlole, i felt like i was the first person he spoke to for the day, the energy and eagerness to help was so refreshing ,He not only sounded so professional, and like a radio personality :D he assisted me to my satisfaction, if we could make copies of people i would definitely make lots of people like him
