BMW insurance is expensive for nothing

My car had a mechanical issue that left me stranded on the side of the road. The car would not start, I called my insurance and I was told that help was on the way. After 1 hour no help had arrived, I called the insurance and they informed me that the initial driver that was sent out was involved in a car accident, and that they had issued another driver. I asked that they put me in touch with the 2nd driver of the the towing service so i could check how far he is. I spoke to a team lead who literally **** and said he would get someone to call me every 15 minutes as they were not authorized to give the details of the driver. 2.5 hours later I am still stuck on the side of the road. I would like to appeal to anyone using BMW Insurance aka Alxander Forbes not to bother. Rather use Miway or Outsurance. BMW Insurance have just lost a client I'd rather go pay another insurance company. They charge an obscene amount of money every month and just when you need them, they prove they are not worth it.
