bike has devalued by 30% yet premiums go up

I would like to know 1. Why has AF not contacted me yet regarding my 1st complaint of 18.2. about the atrocious service I received? 2. My motorbike was bought brand new, has depreciated by at least 30% but my premiums have only gone up.
