I would personally like to compliment and thank NORMAN BURNESS who has been so helpful in assisting me with my query. I have been offered slightly cheaper insurance, but Norman is the one who is responsible that I am still with Momentum. The 5 star is for Norman - as I did not have much joy on Facebook / Messenger. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to this young man, as he is a HUGE asset for any company when it comes to customer service. A complaint has just been turned to a compliment - all thanks to him. Also, it is not the first time that I have spoken to Norman, when I got offered cheaper insurance and wanted to cancel, HE is the one who convinced me to stay with Momentum. I hope Momentum looks after people like him who goes out of his way to assist a customer. Again thank you and Well Done Norman!
