BEWARE: They take your business, but cannot service your claims

I was bounced around 10 times by the call centre trying to reach claims. It took me 1hour 5 minutes 5 minutea of patiently waiting being bounced around and never ending with claims to realise this is useless.

I have 2 properties insured by this bad service company and i am now thinking of cancelling both policies. These guys are real jokers.
