Beware of this Insurer

I have had a year long dispute with Momentum short term insurance also trading as Alexander Forbes. Without going into detail regarding the dispute as it is irrelevant to this issue, the Insurer delivered the car back to me with a broken irreparable windscreen and the back panel of the side view mirror missing. They now say I must claim again and they will consider their “ own “ damage as a new claim. Only saying “consider” and a new excess would apply despite their negligence. This would also affect my claims history.
