I was assisted by of the most helpful ladies, Lerato Motsoko and Pearl-Joy Kheswa. I would love to have this type of experience whenever I claim or call a Call Centre. Lerato explained to me not only to explain but made me understand. Pearl-Joy made sure that Lerato knows that I was looking for her by emailing her. This is the best service I ever had. THANKS LADIES.........................
