I would like to confirm that I have received the best possible service from Lethukuthula Duze re: my building claim. My reference number is: MT ***4. Beginning of June 2023 I called and lodged a claim for my mom’s house in Queenstown. Ms Duze listened patiently and immediately assisted me with the services of a plumber. An assessor was immediately assigned and the following week my claim was approved. My claims have always been approved by Momentum however there was just something about Ms Duze etiquette. She rep**** my emails immediately, called to ensure that we were aligned with the requirements that she needed from me. I joined Momentum in August 2018 and I have had several complaints about consultants and even thought about leaving for a long time. Since I have spoken and was assisted by Ms Duze I have no reason to even think about leaving 🤗⭐️👏🙏🏿💃🏻. Thank you Ms Duze as people like you are a rare breed. Pity it’s not always possible to be assigned to one consultant and more so same is not possible. I will forever be grateful for the support you provided. Thank you 😊 🙏🏿⭐️
