I am extremely impressed with the service that my mother and I received from Phumlani Mkhefa from Alexandra Forbes insurance. My mother and I spent almost all of Christmas eve on the phone and email with him, he kept his promises and continued to follow up. My mother was under a lot of stress, but he kept her calm and assured her that he would not rest until everything was sorted, and that he did!!
