Below standard service from Momentum

I joined momentum in. 2021 and i took comprehensive package. I'm paying R1322. 80 for a Polo TSI 2019. On Tuesday I had a problem with the car that had a power loss. I was told that i am not qualifying for a roadside assistance and they cannot even fix the car so I had to pay by myself for a towing service by cash. And now im in process of fixing thee vehicle by myself. I was told that I'm only covered for accidents only, what about other mechanical breakdown? What is comprehensive?
