BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES
Alexander Forbes Insurance is really messing around with clients, No one deserves to be put on hold for 15 minutes like what happened to me a couple of times today. Staff are passing the buck on each other and eventually the call gets cut.<br> <br> This is so unbearable and upsetting.
