Been with momentum for 3 years now

Been with momentum for 3 years now. After the most recent yearly increase I shopped around for a better rate at other service providers, which I eventually received. When cancelling my policy with momentum, the service personnel, Prince Musa, asked if he could relook at my policy and provide me with a new improved and updated premium which I reluctantly agreed to… to my surprise Prince was able to save me over R400.00 on my premium. Upon asking why momentum didn’t just do this for me without me having to threaten cancellation he advised that I should update my details every year with them in order to ensure that my insurance values are kept up to date and also for the system to recalculate the premiums based on most recent metrics etc. overall I am very happy with Prince’s service.
