Be careful with Momentum Insurance

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Momentum Insure. They refused to assist me with roadside assistance to move a car to a safer location after what I believe was an attempt to ***** the car. When I tried to claim for the keys, they asked me to prove that it was an attempted theft and not a loss. Despite my scenario ruling out the possibility of loss, and having proof that I requested roadside assistance, Momentum still requires me to prove theft instead of loss. I attempted to contact my tracking company as they were notified about the incident; however, they are not able to release the recording. Momentum let me down not just once, but twice, with untrained service providers. I am in the process of canceling the cover, and the consultants are somehow conveniently unavailable.
