Battery Replaced

On the 11th of July, I was involved in an accident. Later, I received a call from the panel beaters informing me that my car was ready for collection. However, they advised me that I would need to replace the battery. Upon visiting the panel beaters, I requested that they open the bonnet of the car to inspect the battery. I informed me that it was not my battery. I promptly contacted Momentum Insurance, and I sent them an email detailing the issue. They requested pictures and described the battery to them. I also provided the contact details of the consultant who had assisted me with the battery replacement.

So consultant can inform Momentum Insurance that do not engrave batteries when a customer purchases one. They maintained this stance throughout the entire week. I asked my mother to follow up on the matter, and when she was asked when I had purchased the battery, she told them when it was purchased they had advised that the battery’s lifespan was three years. However, this is not accurate; the battery’s lifespan is typically three to five years.

Given these circumstances, I am puzzled the car was taken to Gobid for an assessment after the accident, and how they started it and got it on the tow flat bed as the car was still starting on at the seen to get it on the tow flat bed after boosting it up when I turn it off, there’s no power running it’s a total shutdown on the vehicle.

I urgently need answers from Momentum Insurance regarding a solution to this issue. The car is currently parked, and I need to know how to proceed should there be any issues while the car is parked as it’s just parked without being turned on I will hold Momentum responsible for anything that goes wrong with the car.
