BANELE MSIZA was my claim consultant, assisted me very well. Could not ask for better customer service, and she was very quick and made follow ups with me. Very satisfied with her service. If Momentum continues to provide this service quality with claims, I dont think I will ever switch insurer. Banele: youre the best!
