Bad turned good

After lodging a complaint I received a phone call back yesterday from Neo and today a call from Ngoako.

Pleasant call very helpful and if you continue this on all your calls and you dont over promise and under deliver more happy clients.

I have to say start of the call i was annoyed because I had lodge a complaint to be contacted back but Ngoako was friendly calm helpful and understanding throughout the call. Thank you
