Bad sevice

When the call started I spoke to a lady who was laughing on the phone then she transferred me to a guy I don’t remember his name
He was unprofessional and gave remarks like I don’t understand why people don’t want to disclose where they work but later give me the addresses!
That ****ed me off because people don’t share their information because they have a lot to protect ,for underwriting you don’t need to know the company I work for, or even who I’m insured with or the price I pay - if I tell you I don’t wanna share the information you just need to respect that
Right now do I know what he’s gonna do with my address?
Work address?
Don’t make people feel unsafe for sharing their information with you!
