Bad service when claiming there are stories
A month back a wrote a review asking for a recording and till today the recording has not been sent. The forms were signed which was a requirement for the recording to be released but till today the recording is not released. When its time to claim then the stories came and im saying okay, lets listen to the recording all of the sudden the recording is not available. DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY
