bad service third party.

<p>claim number 081/610583 third week after Ive sent all my neccesary documents for my third party claim . i got an email to say it has been forward to the legal department. This service is very bad i didnt even get msg to say they busy with proccesing my claim. I phoned in the week and a consultant tried helping me she told me my claim was not allocated and said nobody answering by the legal department. .the service is terrible.</p>
