Bad service, inconsiderate settlement amount

I put in a claim with Alexander forbs which is now taken over by momentum. We had a house breaking on the 06 October 2020 and they took tv,laptops,cellphones. Momentum wants to give us settlement of R6000. We pay insurance for peace of mind should we loose our things. But how can one replace anything if they want to give settlement of R6000. I disputed the settlement and I haven’t received feedback from the insurance. Kindly assist us to get a good settlement amount to be able to replace the staff that was ******.
