Bad service from Momentum

An appaling service from the roadside assist, I requested to have my car towed to a preffered repairer as per my policy document benefits , but the consulted informs that I have to fork out about R800.00 since there is difference of KMs to a nearest dealership and my choice of repairer. I'm have being send from pillar to post within Momentum as nobody seems to know how to resolve my problem.
