Bad service and poor workmanship

My car still looks defective even though I am still insured with this bogus insurer and their bogus service provider called Chako panel beater in Brakpan. I took my car back to Chako panel beater under the agreement with Momentum short term insurance but until this day, my car looks as defective as the first time. A minor damage made it look extremely worse. The climate sensor is not fixed, the so called new headlamps look second hand, the front grill is not properly aligned and generally the paint is of inferior quality. I was further degraded as a consumer by momentum short term insurance employee by the name of Tracey Kgole, whom I claimed that she was assigned for doing their PR. A very unprofessional and rude employee. I would like to warn potential customers out there.
