Bad service

I reported 2 cases of ***** commited against Momentum insure, on our home and vehicle insurance and they promised to investigate where ***** had been done by inflating the claim and false information provided by a partner. This affected me as we were all insured under the same insurance. They gave me a reference *** and ref 98222K14K1941Ref . There was a car accident where an unlicenced child was the driver and she claimed it as if it was her driving the car and had a fire claim and she inflated the goods which were in the place. Now they want to cancel my insurance because of these claims but they never investigated .
