Bad service

Not impressed at all with the service from Alexander Forbes. First they appoint an assessor in the wrong city because they didn't bother to read the address of loss on the claim form. The assessor phoned me so confused about why she was appointed in Durban when I am in Johannesburg. Now I've been put on hold for 10 minutes and counting just to get through to the person working on the claim. Thabiso Chaka is the claim consultant. Reading the claim form is basic stuff guys.
