Bad service

My name is Asa.my car was involved in an accident on the 29 oct 2020,Momentum car insurance nominated Carworld panelbeaters in Sandton to fix my car..this company kept my car for the whole month and when they give it back only to find out that the EPC warning light is on and the car is shaking....called the guys and they didn't want to take responsibility..after further discussion with them including momentum car insurance my car was towed back to carworld panelbeaters on the 03dec 2020 .today is the 5th no feedback even from momentum insurance and am now struggling to get to work. I had to return back the courtesy car as 30days had lapsed.
