Bad service

My car went for repairs in November it was towed from eNgcobo to East london it was towed to motorbake in East london where it was going to be repaired I got a courtesy car which expired after 30 days but my car was still not fixed after a month when I called momentum no one cared about my complaint. After a long fight the car was repaired but on arrival of the vehicle the car was damaged shocks were damaged and wheel alignment had to be done and shock mountain had to be changed I logged a complaint but still there's no response.
