Bad service

I am so dissapointed with the way my whole clame was handled, my car went to a panel beater for repairs and as i was about to rate my insurer 10/10. then i realized that my passenger window wich had a smash and grab was replaced with a clear glass, the repairer said he booked someone to apply smach and grab, as i went to fetch my car i was surprised to be told that the insurer did not cover it. i then called my insurer and this rude lady called Charmaine Ramulu said i should submit proof that my car had smash and grab, i then requested a glassfit report which clealy proves my windows were tinted, now her responce is still i qoute Good day Patrick,

You did not give Hlami and value for the smash and grab in order for her to load it as an extras.

This means you did not pay a premium so there is basically no cover. i am really dissaponted with the level of unprofessionalism this lady called ramu is and it seems no one wants to help me.
