Bad service

So disappointed with the service I received from momentum, Reported a ****** car that needs to be towered I was told I don't have cover I had to pay out of my pocket, Register a claim and got a call to be asked about damages confirm everything,Assured my car will be fixed a month later go to collect my car part of damages aren't fixed call the insurance they not sure 3 days later I get sent an email to be told the reason of not fixing the damages my car stayed with the panel beater for a month only to be told damages aren't covered only when I collect vehicle, Is this how u treat clients report doesn't get discussed with me I only get a surprise of my life when I collect a vehicle why was i not contacted the same way i was contacted to confirm?????I am so disappointed
