Bad Service

My Cousin had an accident in March (20) but up until today her case is not resolved. Alexander Forbes are sending her from pillar to post. We have tried everything including sending them a message on their facebook page. They keep on saying they will revert back to her and its seems as if its their automated message system. Its so sad that we pay for insurances and when its time for them to deliver they frustrate us. Alexander Forbes its a very old company but they are not improving their service. Lungile (My Cousin's daughter) had an accident and her was written off. She was covered by First for women, there were no problems when she claimed. Her car was paid off, she even had money to deposit another car. Alexander Forbes is sickening. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Now my Sister is frustrated, going in an out of hospital due to depression. This is sooooo sad and annoying.
