Bad service!

<p>On the 19th of june i put in a claim had a house ******* at my house where two men tired my daughter and helper up and took our belongings now AF is not getting back to me i always have to call and i dont owe them i pay my premiums annually but when its time to pay out claims they will find a way not to pay .... if their employees dont explain everything to the client regarding their policy and capture the right things they must deal with their employees its almost the end of july and still nothing and yet again im the one that has to call them to follow telling me they having meetings about my claim ....</p>
