Bad insurance

The worst home content insurance I have experienced. My home speaker fell and stopped working, malfunctioning. They came and collected my speaker and today told me it stopped working because it’s old, it’s battery issues. It’s just scratches they see. Was it supposed to open until we see the inside? This was not in my policy!!

I’m telling all my friends and family about this bad experience/insurance!
