Bad Attitude by agent and bad rates

I called Mometum to add an all risk item to my cover,the item is a cellphone which is R20 000 and they have given me a premium of R200,i have other items which are half that price and the premium is R60 so how can this be correct.They are robbing the customer.Im also going to make public knowledge of this.
