Awsome service from Momentum-Adam Sakgabi

I joined Momentum last year after a long admission in hospital. They were the second people (after my family) to put a smile on my face and a true birthday gift when I switched. Not only were the premiums worth the money the consultant was amazing, helpful and he listened. Recently I submitted a claim and was assisted by Adam Sekgabi, who would call and update me on my claim. He even made me laugh in the midst of loadshedding and hunted me down via calls, e-mails and text etc. to make sure he closed my case and updated me. Furthermore it takes guts for a company to admit they made a mistake by omitting some benefits in the policy (which was not offered to me). Adam and his team rectified it and did it with a smile and absolute professionalism. In the midts of all this hardship and uncer*****y of COVID, Momentum is truly there and makes the process even painless. Thank you Adam, you are the light during loadshedding and the umbrella during the stormy rain. Your company should be on 702....THANK YOU AGAIN
