awful service

Lucas Mokiti is the guy you call when service is not good. He promised to call me back in a day, so far its been 4 days and I still have not received feedback from anyone at alex forbes about my claim on my car. It has been in the workshop for almost 1and a half months. This was my first claim after changing insurance companies and so far, it handling and processing is absolutely awful.
