<p>i had a break in at my home recently and lost some valuable items.</p> <p>i had only joined momentum a few days</p> <p>i joined because their premium was the best and i have all my other life and medical aid policies with them.</p> <p>i am truly astounded at the professional way they have handled my claim. Seamless and no hassles and no fuss. They were reassuring and understanding in every way possible which made the whole break in ordeal an easy event to forget.</p> <p>This is possibly the best experiece that i have had with any insurance company so far.</p> <p>All of my stuff was replaced and no shortfall on anyitems.</p> <p>i was advised on my exsiting cover and some shortfalls i may have and i was glad to make the changes to my policy.</p> <p>Niel Francis was my claims investigator, who in my opinion should be given an award his profesiional yet caring approach, for his time, patience and dilegence to his work. thank you Niel and the momentum team for making this process such a pleasure for my family and myself.</p> <p>all i can say is thank you and continue to make customers feel valuable.</p>
