After a long and exhausting claim, my car was finally repaired. Thank you to the panel beater "Macpro" for doing a fantastic job and to all the Momentum advisors who assisted in approving the additionals. I called Momentum this morning as I required a invoice from Avis forthe e-toll fee's and spoke to Rebecca Nungu. I explained to her that I need the Avis invoice for a claim. Instead of emailing Avis, she called Avis, and had the invoice in my inbox in 5 minutes. She also called me to advise that the invoice was sent. This is the type of service that I expect from Momentum. Wel done Rebecca.
