Awesome service by Dhesan Pillay

<p>My wife was recently involved in a car accident in which she was unconscious and was rushed into hospital in an ambulance</p> <p>A passer-by called the ambulance and also called a tow truck to assist (Momentum was not called)</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then advised of the tow truck drivers details, called him and advised him not to take the vehicle anyway Momentum will sort it out</p> <p>He did not listen and then took the vehicle to his own yard</p> <p> </p> <p>I then notified Momentum of this in which I was assisted by Dhesan Pillay who is extremely helpful and does his job tremendously</p> <p> </p> <p>Dhesan located my vehicle, had the vehicle towed to the yard of Momentums choice, had the vehicle assessed and also arranged for the vehicle to be repaired by a panel beater of my choice</p> <p> </p> <p>Dhesan has been very helpful, always kept me in the loop and knows what customer service is all about</p> <p> </p> <p>You know how good an insurance company is only at claim stage and Momentum is the best</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for the awesome service</p> <p> </p>
