I recently had a claim and called into the call centre , only to be greeted by a very friendly voice on the other end. To my great pleasure , Rosy was efficient, competent, friendly and to the point. Her professional attitude concluded the claim within minutes and her excellent help allowed my claim to be processed within the next day. I was very happy with her attitude , and her friendliness.
