AVOID Alexander Forbes insurance !

following an unfortunate vehicle accident, I needed to get my vehicle towed away and repaired through them. since day 1 (but 4 weeks later), I have repeatedly been **** to, Alexander Forbes has repeatedly broken and breached commitments made to me in writing, and although I get promised all the attention in the world, they treat my case with the same dismay that I am sure they treat lost of others too. do no rely on them, as they either lie or purposefully misinform clients. their systems also seem to be such that they don't have a clue what is going on as the information from AF and the panel beaters is repeatedly being conflicted.
