Auctioning ****** cars

2 months after claiming from Alexander Forbes, I went and fetch my car from a salvage yard in Kempton Park No it's not that bad, except for the fact that I live in Johannesburg and is still the legal owner of the car as I was never paid out for my "write-off". I was also never informed that my car was moved to auctioneers, ready to be auctioned off as soon as I send them my original RC1. When I refused to send my original RC1 (as I send them copies of the RC1 and my proof of purchase) Fadeela very rudely told me that I signed a contract and that if I don't want to follow protocol, I would not be paid. So, please note, it is Alexander Forbes' protocol to "write of", then ***** cars from their clients and auction them without paying out the "write of" Luckily I was informed by independent sources that the car was not that badly damaged and went to collect it. Cancelling the claim in order to get my own car back was a mission. Fadeela is extremely rude, her supervisor, Prosper, Bern and Krystal never even bothered to respond to their clients - no one bothers to follow up on your claim. Other insurance companies at least contact you to inform you of the options you have, Alexander Forbes choose the easy way out, just *****ing your car
