Asked to amend insurance values on vehicles

An email was sent on Wednesday, 20 January 2016, requesting that the values on 2 vehicles currently insured be amended and the monthly premiums be adjusted accordingly, effective 1 January 2016.<br> My email was only read at 15:00 on Wednesday, 20 January 2016 and forwarded to a Consultant to address the request.<br> To date NO response was received because it is not a new policy for which there is a \kick-back"for the Consultant.<br> Will wait for a response TODAY"
