Appalling service from Momentum Insure

Disgusted with the overall service I received from Momentum Insure. They actually don't "go to great lengths, at Momentum Insure, to bring you excellent service." After 60 plus days I get told that they have received the assessor’s report and found that my vehicle is beyond economical repair. I cannot believe that the vehicle is beyond economical repair. Why did this take such a long time? Quite strange! There is very poor communication between Momentum Insure, Assessor’s and Momentum communicating to the client. If the vehicle was found beyond economical repair why was this not reported at the onset? I definitely don't recommend Momentum Insure at all! Unfortunately will be canceling my insurance with them.
